What Every Beverage Brand Needs in a Co-Packer

Having trouble finding the right beverage co-packer? Here are a few key recommendations to help narrow your search.

Experience

Experienced co-packers have a proven track record. Look for co-packers with longevity and consistent products. Experienced co-packers give you more time to focus on selling your brand and streamlining your business. Noel Co-Pack has been in business since 1934, and many of our crew and managers have over 20 years of experience on the job. We’ve been around, and we know how to get the job done right.

Equipment Capabilities

Co-packers with expanded equipment capabilities produce more products in less time and can help you keep up with demand as your beverage brand grows. Noel Co-Pack has two 72-valve can fillers, two 45-valve bottle fillers, Techniblend® blenders, and an on-site quality control lab. With multiple finished packaging options available, our equipment capabilities allow us to handle projects of almost any size.

Certification

Your chosen co-packer should meet all the correct state and federal certifications to can or bottle your product. Noel Co-Pack is FSSC 22000 certified, registered with the US Food and Drug Administration, is a USDA Certified Organic processor, and is licensed by TTB and the WA Liquor and Cannabis Board.

Capacity

Ensure your co-packer can accommodate your production needs and expand capacity as your need for products increases. Establishing new co-packing relationships is difficult and takes time away from the important work of building your business, so finding a partner who can meet your needs and give you room to grow is essential. Noel Co-Pack has ample capacity to ensure line time for your product today and beyond.
